7-Day Refund Period
We offer a 7-day refund period for all new subscriptions. If you are not fully satisfied with the services you have purchased from AttackMetricx, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your subscription period.

Refund Conditions
- Zero X Points Usage: If you have not used any of the X points allocated to you upon subscription, you will receive a full refund minus minimal processing fees. These fees are non-refundable and will be explicitly mentioned during your initial purchase or within your account dashboard. Example: If your subscription cost is $100 and the minimal processing fee is $2, then your refund amount will be $98.
- X Points Usage: When you subscribe to our services, you are given a set amount of X points to utilize specific premium features. If you have used any of these points, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your initial subscription cost during the refund. Additionally, minimal processing fees will also be deducted. Example: If your subscription cost is $100, and you have used X points equivalent to $20, and the minimal processing fee is $2, then your refund amount will be $75 ($100 – $20 [X points] – $5 [processing fee] = $78).
- Pro-rated Refund: After the 7-day period, no full refunds are provided. However, if you encounter exceptional circumstances that necessitate a refund after the initial 7 days, we offer a pro-rated refund calculated based on the remaining time in your subscription period. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
- Non-refundable Fees: Any additional fees, such as transaction or setup fees, are non-refundable.
- Multiple Refunds: We allow only one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund and subscribed again, no second refund will be provided.
- Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your payment provider, this will result in immediate termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of any potential refund.
- Violations: Accounts terminated due to policy violations, such as misuse or abuse of our services, are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation: A request for cancellation does not automatically warrant a refund. All refund requests are subject to this Refund Policy.
How to Calculate X Point Deduction
Each X point has a pre-determined value calculated against the total cost of your subscription. The exact calculation details will be transparently provided when you subscribe or within your account dashboard.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
